Job Description:
As an Accounts Assistant at BSSL, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the finance function. Your responsibilities will include:
Entering invoices into the purchase ledger across various SPVs and coding them to the correct nominal code
Resolving aged creditors queries in a timely manner
Managing the Finance team mailbox and addressing any queries that arise
Processing outstanding invoices for payment and allocating payment runs
Conducting bank and credit card reconciliations
Assisting the Finance Director and Finance Manager with ad hoc duties,
Supporting with month end, year end and statutory audit queries
