Job Description:

As an Accounts Assistant at BSSL, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the finance function. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Entering invoices into the purchase ledger across various SPVs and coding them to the correct nominal code

  • Resolving aged creditors queries in a timely manner

  • Managing the Finance team mailbox and addressing any queries that arise

  • Processing outstanding invoices for payment and allocating payment runs

  • Conducting bank and credit card reconciliations

  • Assisting the Finance Director and Finance Manager with ad hoc duties,

  • Supporting with month end, year end and statutory audit queries
