Martin McCaffery | Brockwell Energy

Martin McCaffery is Managing Director of Brockwell Energy Services and brings over 19 years of leadership experience across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. He has worked in senior roles in the UK and internationally, delivering complex projects and shaping high-growth platforms.

Martin spent a decade at Macquarie’s Green Investment Group, where he led bioenergy and circular economy strategy, oversaw major investments, and delivered multi-technology projects across the UK, Europe and Australia. Most recently, he served as Group Commercial Director and Managing Director, Italy at VORN Bioenergy, where he transformed operations following acquisition, stabilised performance and accelerated a €multi-million investment programme across Europe.

Martin has deep expertise in project development, structured finance, commercial negotiation and construction delivery. At Brockwell, he leads the continued growth of our operational capabilities, supporting the build-out of our 3GW pipeline and strengthening our position as a leading UK renewables business.
