We are delighted to announce the appointment of Martin McCaffery as Managing Director of Brockwell Energy Services, effective 1 December 2025.
Martin brings more than 19 years of leadership experience across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. His career spans senior roles in the UK and internationally, including a decade at Macquarie’s Green Investment Group, where he spearheaded bioenergy and circular economy strategies, led high-value investments, delivered multiple complex projects in the UK, Europe and Australia whilst delivering strong growth across multiple platforms. Most recently, Martin was Group Commercial Director and Managing Director, Italy at VORN Bioenergy, where he successfully transformed operations post-acquisition, stabilised performance, and accelerated a €200M+ investment programme across Europe.
Martin has a proven track record in project development, structured finance, contract negotiation, P&L leadership and construction. His appointment further strengthens Brockwell Energy Services’ capabilities as we continue to expand and deliver against our ambitions in the energy transition.
