Allan Bain is a highly experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in contract management, strategic negotiation, and business leadership. With over 20 years of experience in the construction, energy, and engineering sectors, Allan has successfully managed large-scale, complex infrastructure projects for global organisations.

Currently serving as Contract Director at Brockwell Energy,  Allan oversees and manages all aspects of contract negotiations ensuring that each agreement aligns with the required objectives.  Allan’s role also encompasses post-contract administration, where he oversees the ongoing management of contracts to safeguard the Brockwell Energy’s interests and ensure the smooth execution of projects. Before joining Brockwell Energy, Allan served as Director of a quantity surveying practice, where he honed his ability to navigate complex agreements and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Allan is known for his detail-oriented and strategic mindset who is a pragmatic and results-driven leader with a talent for building and leading teams to support operational success.
